General informations

There are currently three different DVD-ROM drives available for the Xbox 360 console. You can open the tray and look where the holes are to determine the DVD drive you own.

Each Xbox 360 DVD drive has a unique DVD key, if that key doesn't match what your console is expecting your DVD drive will not work.
